摘要
白血病(leukemia)是一组造血细胞恶性增生的克隆性疾病。白血病细胞群由不同分化阶段的细胞组成,其中含有极少数具有自我更新潜能、启动白血病发生的一类细胞,即白血病干细胞(leukemia stem cells,LSCs)。LSCs是第一个被证实的肿瘤干细胞,因其具有无限自我更新能力,且通常情况下处于静息状态,能够逃避化疗药物杀伤,最终导致白血病复发等特性,使其成为近年来一个新的研究热点。本文将重点介绍急性髓系白血病干细胞的鉴定、生物学特性以及临床应用等研究的新进展。
Leukemia is a clonal disease of hematopoietic cell malignant proliferation,and the leukemia cell group is made of different stages of differentiated cells, which contain very few of cells haveing the potential for self-renewal and can initiating leukemia, the leukemia stem cells (LSCs). LSCs is the first confirmed tumor stem cells, and become a new re- search focus in recent years because its unlimited self-renewal capacity, resistance to the chemotherapy, and eventually lead- ing to leukemia relapse. This article will focus on the new progress in acute myeloid leukemia stem cells identification, its bi-ological characteristics and clinical applications.
