摘要 为做好应急物资协议储备工作,选择合适的应急物资代储企业至关重要。考虑到突发事件下应急物资需求有极大不确定性,构建应急物资代储企业选择指标体系,引入三角模糊数和灰色关联分析,建立基于改进模糊TOPSIS的应急物资代储企业选择模型。研究各指标对代储企业选择的影响,进而评判备选企业的优劣。结果表明:地理位置、仓储能力、供给能力和准时交货率4个指标对代储企业的选择影响较大,灰色关联相对贴近度大的备选企业更适合应急物资代储。 It was held by the authors that for better doing the emergency supplies agreement reserve, it's crucial to select suitable agent enterprises. Considerable uncertainties of supplies needed to cope with a emergency were discussed. An index system for selecting agent enterprise for emergency supplies reserve was built. A model for selecting agent enterprise for emergency supplies reserve based on improved fuzzy TOPSIS was built by introducing triangular fuzzy numbers and grey relational analysis. Effects of the inde- xes on selecting agent enterprise for emergency supplies reserve were analyzed. Pros and cons of candidate enterprises were evaluated. The results show that location, storage capacity, supply capacity and punctual delivery rate have greater impact on selecting agent enterprise for emergency supplies reserve, and candi- date enterprises with bigger grey relational relative close degrees are more suitable to be the agent enter- prise for emergency supplies reserve.
