摘要
高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)是一组高度保守的非组织核蛋白,存在于多种真核细胞的细胞核中。生理状态下HMGB1发挥着核结合蛋白的作用。一旦释放进入细胞间隙,则表现出晚期炎性因子作用。新近的研究显示,HMGB1还具有损伤信号因子、细胞及干细胞趋化吸附因子作用。由于晚期糖基化末端产物受体的广泛存在,HMGB1在多种疾病及组织器官损伤、修复过程中发挥重要作用。
High mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1) is a highly conserved, ubiquitous protein present in the nuclet and cytoplasm, physlologtcal state of HMGB 1 plays a role of nuclear binding protein. Once released into the gap, then show the role of late inflammatory factors. Recent studies have shown that HMGB 1 also has the role of injury signal factor, cells and stem cell chemotactic adsorptive factor. As the advanced glycation end product receptor exist wide, HMGB 1 play an important role in variety of diseases, organ damage, repair process.
