本文介绍了应急指挥系统和视频会议系统,并就三种不同链路连接方式的视频会议系统在应急指挥系统中的应用做了简要分析和探讨。
This paper briefly describes the emergency command system and video conferencing systems, and analyzes and discusses three different link connection modes of video conferencing system in the emergency command system.
