摘要
针对流化催化裂化的特点论述了计算机模拟优化问题。利用大庆石油学院和北京石油化工科学研究院联合开发的BDP催化裂化模拟优化软件,进行了掺炼渣油催化裂化的工业应用研究.绘制的操作性能图和计算出的优化方案对改善工业生产和设计有指导意义。
In accordance with the feature of FCC, the simulation and optimizationproblem of computer was described. The BDP simulation and optimization soft-ware for FCC developed by Daqing Petroleum Institute and Beijing ResearchInstitute of Petroleum Processing was used to FCC unit with mixed feed inc-luding residue. The FCC operating performance charts and the optimizationplans are useful for improving production and design in commercial units.
