摘要
目的:探讨护理学硕士研究生共情和沟通能力的现状,并分析两者之间的相关性。方法:采用杰弗逊共情量表和支持性沟通量表,对137名护理学在读硕士研究生进行问卷调查。采用Pearson相关分析法探讨护理研究生共情和沟通能力的相关性。结果:护理研究生共情总分为(111.79±15.34)分,沟通能力得分为(71.41±7.90)分。共情与沟通能力总分相关系数为0.370(P<0.01)。结论:护理研究生共情和沟通能力处于中上等水平,共情和沟通能力呈低中度正相关。教育者可通过多种途径有针对性地提高护理研究生的共情水平,进而提高其沟通能力。
Objective: To investigate the status of empathy and communication ability among nursing students in master programs, and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods: Totally 137 nursing students in master programs were investigated with the Jefferson Scale of Empathy (JSE) and Supportive Communicative Scale (SCS). The correlation between empathy and communication ability was analyzed using a Pearson correlation analysis. Results: The average score of the empathy was 111.79~15.34; the average score of the communication ability was 71.41:t:7.90. They positively correlated with each other (r=0.370, P〈0.01). Conclusions: The empathy and communication ability of nursing students in master programs are both at better-than-average level. Their empathy and communication ability needs to be enhanced. There is a low to medium positive correlation between empathy and communication ability. Measures should be carried out to improve the students' empathy and to further improve their communication ability.
