摘要
目的 探讨酚妥拉明与多巴酚丁胺在肺心病重度心衰中的疗效。方法 对 114例肺心病重度心衰患者 ,在综合治疗的基础上 ,应用酚妥拉明与多巴酚丁胺进行联合治疗。结果 疗程结束后 ,治疗组总有效率为 92 1% ,对照组为 6 7 0 %。两组疗效有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,前者对心功能Ⅳ级有显著疗效 ,心功能改善时间显著缩短 (P <0 0 5) ,且具有抗心律失常作用 ,对血压、心率有稳定 (P >0 0 5)作用。结论 酚妥拉明与多巴酚丁胺是治疗肺心病重度心衰安全有效药物 ,疗效高 ,副作用少。
Objective To study the curative effects about treating the acute heart failure of the chronic lung and heart trouble with Phentolamine and Dobutamine hydrochlouide Methods Based on the integrated treatment,the treatment of the 114 patients who suffered from the acute heart failure of the chronic lung and heart trouble was co-operatively dealt with by Phentolamine and Dobuatmine hydrochlouide Results After the curative courses ended,the total rate of the effect of the treatment group was 92 1%,while that of the control group was 67 0% There was a very obvious singificance(P<0 01) The former can have some obvious curative effect on Grade Ⅳ heart function,significantly shorten the time of improving the heart function(P<0 05),resist the irregularity in the rhythm of the heart's beating and also stabilize the blood pressure and the heart rate(P>0 05) Conclusion Phentolamine and dobutamine hydrochlouide are the safe and effective medicines which can be used to treat the acute heart failure of the chronic lung and heart trouble with very good curative effects and without any sideeffects
