摘要
[目的]探讨血清谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GGT)与血脂水平的相关性.[方法]测定健康体格检查者血清γ-GGT、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平,并分析比较男性及女性谷氨酰转肽酶与血脂水平的关系.[结果]男性的γ-GGT水平高于女性,并且男性及女性校正年龄和体质量指数后TC,TG和LDL异常组的γ-GGT水平均明显高于正常组(P<0.05),HDL异常组与正常组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).男性及女性均校正年龄和体质量指数后γ-GGT与TC,TG和动脉硬化指数水平均呈正相关,与HDL呈负相关.[结论]γ-GGT与血脂存在一定的相关性.
OBJECTIVE To discuss the correlation between gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase（7-GGT） and lipid profile. METHODS Serum 7-GGT, triglycerides （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL）, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL） were detected, and the correlation be- tween the 7-GGT and lipids was analyzed in male and female. RESULTS The 7-GGT level was significantly higher in male than in female, and was associated with TC,TG, HDL and AIP in both sexes after adjusted age and BMI.
