摘要
通过对煤矿用减速器齿轮的选材、热处理工艺、机械加工及润滑等方面的分析,提出改进煤矿用减速器齿轮可靠性的措施,以保证煤矿用减速器工作的稳定性,提高采煤工作效率。
Through the analysis of the selection of the reduced gear of the coal mines,heat treatment technology,machinery manufacturing,lubrication and other aspects,this paper is to propose a series of measures to increase and improve the performance of gears to ensure the stability of the reduced gear and improve the efficiency of the efficiency of the coal mining work.
