摘要
针对供应商管理库存(vendor-management inventory,VMI)导致供应商的库存成本增加和买方的转移支付对VMI实施效率的影响进行研究,发现物流供应商在通过业务延伸为项目型企业提供"整体产品"时,中间产品的低损耗、低库存和库存周期的缩短,以及整体产品配送效率的提高能使供应商收益增加,从而达到VMI模式下合作双赢的目的,这为供应链管理环境下的VMI协调策略研究提供了一种新的思路。
Business extension achieves Pareto improvement for supply chain under VMI mode. Due to the impact of increase in inventory cost and buyers＇ transfer payment on operational efficiency of VMI,this research finds that when the logistics supplier provides full - products for the project - oriented enterprise through business extension, lower loss,lower inventory, shortening inventory cycle of semi -products and improving distribution efficiency of full - products to increase the logistics supplier＇s revenue, and then the goal of win - win cooperation is also realized under VMI mode. Business extension may provide a new research idea for VMI coordination strategy in supply chain management.
