摘要
利用CDMA通信网络和GPS卫星定位系统,通过GPS/GIS定位技术和IP语音技术建立了出租车GPS监控调度系统,实现对车辆的实时监控调度、防劫防盗报警、语音视频监控,提高了车辆运行的安全性和处理突发事件的能力,进一步加强了车辆的管理。
Taxi GPS monitor and scheduler system is established by taking advantage of CDMA communication network and GPS positioning system and through GPS/GIS location technique and IP voice technology. Real -time monitoring and scheduling, anti - theft alarm, and audio and video monitoring to vehicle are realized, the safety of vehicle running and the capacity of dealing with emergencies are improved, and the management of vehicle is further enhanced.
