摘要
城市集群各要素间的知识扩散和传播,使得无论是政府、企业、机构还是个人的经济和社会收益提高,引起区域经济和国民经济的增长。长株潭作为城市集群试验区,建设实践也充分说明集群城市的知识溢出效应非常明显,带来了区域经济的增长,区域创新程度的显著提高。
Diffusion and dissemination of knowledge between the various elements of the megalopolis improves the economic and social benefits of the government, enterprises, institutions or individuals and causes the growth of regional and national economy. As a megalopolis test area, the construction practice of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan has fully explained the megalopolis knowledge spillover, which has caused the regional economic growth and the significant improvement of the regional innovation.
