摘要
某型号液压调平装置上的高精度双轴倾角传感器的控制电路单元与敏感元件同腔体,腔内敏感元件受其内部直流电场干扰,本文对此提出了一种硬件抑制直流电场对敏感元件电磁干扰的特效方法,可广泛应用于同类各形倾角传感器电磁兼容设计和电磁兼容质量控制。
In a model of a hydraulic leveling device, a high-precision dual-axis tilt sensor control circuit and sensing component are built into the same cavity, which together trigger interference from an internal DC field. This paper proposes a very effective hardware-based method to reduce the effects of electromagnetic interference to the sensing component by the DC electric field, which can be widely used in electromagnetic compatibility design and electromagnetic compatibility quality control of all similar shaped tilt sensors.
