近年来,国家积极鼓励节能减排方面的新工艺技术开发和扩展。印制电路板行业的发展壮大,成为支撑国家经济的"大户",但同时也肩负着环保的重担。为响应国家号召,积极研究节能减排工艺技术,文章特针对正片、负片的成本消耗加以对比,分析负片流程在电路板制作中的成本优势,同时提供扩充产能的成本分析依据。
In recent years, the state encourages developing the new technology of energy-saving and emission-reducing. The development of PCB industry made it an important industry to support the national economy, but at the same time it must also shoulder the burden of environmental protection. In response to the national call, we actively develop the energy-saving and emission-reducing technology. By view of a cost comparison of the positive etching and the negative etching, the article analyzes the cost advantage of negative etching process in the manufacture of PCB, and also provides the analysis basis of expansion costs for production capacity.
