摘要
液压动力单元主要由电机、油泵、集成阀块、外挂阀块、液压阀及各种液压附件(如:蓄能器)等集合而成,已广泛应用于汽车工程、汽保设备、机床机具、仓储物流、医疗器械、建筑机械及生产线控制等行业。主要针对纯电动高空作业平台用的液压动力单元,通过分析其压力-流量特性、压力-电流特性、耐污染性能、耐久性能等,为高空作业车或其他行业选择液压动力单元提供了参考。
The hydraulic power unit (HPU) is integrated with motors, oil pumps, integrated valve, plug valve block, hydraulic valves and a variety of hydraulic attachments ( such as accumulators). It has been widely used in the industries of automotive engineering, auto maintenance equipment, machine tools, machinery, warehousing, logistics, medical equipment, construction machinery and production line control etc. Aiming at the HPU used in pure electric aerial work platforms, its characteristics of pressureflow, pressure-current, and resistance to pollution and durability, and others, were analyzed. It provides references for selecting HPU for aerial work vehicles or other industries.
