摘要
铁路运输部门是国民经济中耗能最大的单位之一,其节能研究具有重要意义,通过改进机车的操纵方法以实现列车的节能运行,是一条经济有效且直接可行的节能途径.本文通过对东风-济南西HXD3型电力机车的实际运行数据的计算,得出了电力机车的基本阻力、坡道和曲线等附加阻力等参数,给出了一种间接计算电力机车能耗的模型,使得在未记录电表值情况下能够给出能耗的参考值.将计算值与实际能耗进行比对,模型的准确率在90%左右.同时以东风—王村区段为例进行了操纵方法寻优,选取该区段的8个信号机的位置作为关键点,并对各个关键点进行了速度与手柄位的编码,使用遗传算法,得到了该区间的优化操纵方法.经计算与实际能耗相比减少30%左右,效果显著.
The railway transportation department in national economy is one of the largest energy consumption department, so the saving energy is very important. In order to realize the saving energy operation, the improvement of locomotive control method is an economic and effective way of saving energy. Based on the actual operating data of HXD3 electric locomotive, the parameters of basic resistance and the additional resistances of ramps and curves are obtained. Then an indirect energy consumption model is given, which can provide an energy consumption reference in case of no meter records. The accuracy of the model is 90%. After that, the section from DongFeng to JiNan is taken as an example. 8 positions of semaphores are taken as key points, and the speed and throttle position are encoded at each point. Finally, the best operating method is calculated with GA. The effect is sig- nificant that the energy is reduced by 30 %. The method is already used in driving training system of electric locomotive drivers.
