摘要
教育与自我教育相结合是高校思想政治教育的一条基本原则。隐性学生骨干是大学生自我教育的重要力量。重视隐性学生骨干,分析他们的特点,并有针对性地加强培养,能够积极发挥隐性学生骨干在大学生自我教育中的作用,增强高校思想政治教育的实效性。
The combination of education and self-education is one of the basic principles of the ideological and political education of college students. The implicit backbones of students play an important role in students＇ self-education. Paying attention to the implicit backbones of students,analyzing their characteristics and cultivating them can help. the implicit backbones of students to produce a marked effect in students＇ self-education. This principle can also help to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students.
