摘要
为了解决低渗透气田后期开发出现的气井产气量下降、产水量上升,影响气井正常生产的问题,对气田后期开发模式进行了研究。气举排水采气工艺措施是提高气田后期采收率的重要措施之一,但对于低渗透气田,前期普遍采用井下节流技术后,实现了井口无人值守,而后期采取常规排水采气工艺措施,井口需有人值守,与前期开发不配套。利用压缩机将天然气增压后实施连续高压气举排水采气工艺措施,可使排水工艺一步到位,既能满足后期低压气增压外输以及连续排水采气的要求,又能维持原气田无人值守的开发模式。
During a later development of low-permeability gas-field,some problems may occur,such as a decrease of gas production and an increase of water yield,resulting in an abnormal production. So,the mode of later development must be studied. A technology of water drainage and gas recovery is one of the most important measures to increase a recovery factor. However,in low-permeability gasfield,a mode of unattended in wellbore after down-hole throttling is often used in the earlier stage whereas another mode of attended in wellbore after traditional water drainage and gas recovery is used in the later stage. In this study,the technology of water drainage and gas recovery,which compressor is used to increase gas pressure to carry out a continuous high-pressure gas lifting,is developed. Unlike chemical and mechanical water drainage,this technology can meet the requirement of continuous water drainage and gas recovery,and maintain the unattended mode. In addition,it combines downhole throttling with high-pressure water drainage and gas recovery,saves an investment in later development,and ensures a sustainable production.
