摘要
随着现代化管理思想的不断深入,企业内部业务流程管理、人力资源管理等诸多问题逐渐成为很多传统国有企业改革的关注点。本文针对国有电企实现完全自主的市场化员工管理机制,结合若干人力资源管理理论,提出了一个探索性的思路。
With the deepening of the modern management thinking, internal business process management, human resources management and many other problems gradually become the focus of traditional state- owned enterprises reform.
