摘要
目的研究鼻粘膜缝合在鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的应用效果。方法入选鼻中隔偏曲患者102例,均行鼻中隔矫正术,术后按照随机数字方法分成2组,每组51例,分别为缝合组与填塞组,比较两组患者相关临床症状VAS(visualanalogue scale)评分、总有效率及并发症情况。结果缝合组的鼻部疼痛、头疼、流泪、吞咽困难、出血及睡眠障碍的VAS评分均较填塞组明显降低(P<0.05)。术后7 d,缝合组的总有效率为92.16%,而填塞组为70.59%,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后,鼻粘膜缝合可以替代鼻腔填塞,能够显著减轻患者的痛苦,具有更好的临床效果。
Objective To study the effects of nasal mucosa suture on the correction of nasal septum deviation. Methods 102 patients with nasal septum deviation received the correction operation. After the operation, they were randomly divided into suture group and stuffing group with 51 ones in each group. Comparison was made in the visual analogue scale（VAS）, total effective rate, and complications between the two groups. Results Compared with the scores of the stuffing groups, the VAS of nasal pain, headache, lacrimation, dysphagia, bleeding, and somnipathy decreased significantly in the suture group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Seven days after the operation, the total effective rate was 92.16% in the suture group and 70.59% in the packing group. There was significant difference of the total effective rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, no significant difference was found in the incidence of complications between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion After the correction of nasal septum deviation, nasal cavity stuffing can be substituted by nasal mucosa suture which can significantly reduce the suffering of patients and has better clinical effect.
