摘要
为解决由产品生命周期阶段的延拓及环境因素导入而引起的产品绿色设计实施周期较长及效率低的问题,将知识重用方法引入到绿色产品的概念设计中。对绿色设计单元进行可拓物元表达,建立绿色设计知识的多域多级迭代过程模型;通过K均值聚类方法对绿色设计单元实例进行分类处理,基于功能域、行为域、结构域与绿色设计域映射关系提出绿色设计单元实例检索方法,采用考虑方案主观偏好的不确定多属性效用决策方法优选出绿色属性综合表现最佳的方案。以食品搅拌机的概念设计为例,对所提方法进行了验证与分析。应用实例表明,该设计知识重用方法可以较大幅度的提高绿色产品概念设计的效率。
Targeting on improving the efficiency of green product concept design, knowledge reuse method is taken to solve the problem. Green design unit is represented by extension matter-element, and a model of a multi-hierarchy and multi-realm iteration process of green design knowledge is set up. Green design unit cases are classified by K-means clustering algorithm, a retrieving method for green design unit cases is proposed based on the mapping relationship of four realms: Function, behavior, structure and green design. An uncertain multiple attribute utility decision making method is presented for the scheme optimization targeting on the best green performance. Taking the concept design of food mixing machine as an example, the above mentioned method is validated and analyzed. It has been demonstrated that the present knowledge reuse method can improve the efficiency of green product concept design.
