摘要
公路建设是创建交通运输系统的重要决策,也是推动社会经济现代化发展的有效措施。新时期各地政府扩大了公路工程的投资力度,为项目施工提供了足够的物资保障。成本耗资是影响公路收益的关键因素,一旦成本费用调控失效,必将约束工程竣工后的经济收益水平。从成本投资角度,结合实际案例分析了影响公路收益的相关因素,并提出切实可行的处理方案以提升公路收益。
Highway construction is an important decision for the transportation system establishment and also an effective measure to promote the development of modernization of society and economy. In the new time the local governments have enlarged the investment on highway construction, which has provided sufficient material support. The highway is to create transportation system is important and decision-making, but also to promote the social and economic development and effective measures. New period country government expanded the high-way project investment, project construction provides sufficient material support. Cost is one of the key factors affecting the road return. Once the cost control fails the economical income level after the completion of the project. From the angle of investment cost, combined with the actual case, this paper analyzes the influence factors of highway income, and proposes the practical and feasible processing scheme.
