摘要
目的:探讨外科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(LDVT)的原因及治疗。方法:回顾分析了自2003-02-2008-08的10例外科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(LDVT)患者。结果:本组LDVT左侧6例,右侧4例。术后早期发生的LDVT有8例,平均发生于术后第9天,另2例术后半年到一年发生。10例均得到彩色B超检查证实,表现为下肢肿胀。本组患者早期用抗凝,溶栓治疗后获得良好的效果。结论:LDVT的病因是多因素的,早期诊断和及时处理是改善预后的关键。
Objective： To investigate the causes and treatment of the surgical postoperative the lower limb deep vein thrombosis （LDVT）. Method：To retrospective analyze ten cases of surgical patients with the lower limb deep vein thrombosis （LDVT） during February 2003 to August 2008. Result：The group LVDT have six cases left and four cases right. Eight cases occurred the LVDT at the early postoperative period, the average occurred at nine days after,the other two cases occurred the LVDT after six months to a year. 10 cases performance for lower limb swelling and were confirmed by color B-mode ultrasound. The group of patients with early anticoagulant and thrombolytic therapy obtained good results. Conclusion：The etiology of LVDT is multifactorial, Early diagnosis and prompt treatment is the key to improve the prognosis.
