摘要
目的探讨慢性牙周炎伴冠心病患者动脉粥样硬化斑块中牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingival-is,P.gingivalis)牙龈素中2个基因片段kgp-cd和rgpB-cd的存在和缺失与牙周临床指标之间的相关性。方法收集54例伴慢性牙周炎冠心病患者的冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块,对其中P.gingivalis阳性的斑块样本进行kgp-cd和rgpB-cd基因片段检测;根据2个基因片段的有无,将P.gingivalis分为A型和B型,采用SPSS11.5统计软件包,用t检验和χ2检验分析不同基因型P.gingivalis与牙周临床指标的关系。结果 A型P.gingivalis的检出率高于B型(P<0.05),分别为84.21%和15.79%。动脉粥样硬化斑块中P.gingivalis的不同基因型所引起的口腔牙周袋探诊深度和牙龈出血倾向存在明显差异。结论在冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块中检出慢性牙周炎相关致病菌P.gingivalis,提示慢性牙周炎相关致病菌在冠心病的发生、发展中可能起着重要的作用;kgp-cd和rgpB-cd基因与P.gingivalis的致病性可能有关。
Objective To detect two genes (kgp-cd and rgpB-cd) of Porphyromonas gmglvahs in atherosclerotic plaque from the patients with periodontitis who scheduled for coronary artery bypass surgery, and determine the relationship between the two genes and the periodontal clinical indexes. Methods Fourty five atherosclerotic plaque samples from the patients with periodontitis who scheduled for coronary artery bypass surgery were included in this study. The extracted DNA was amplified with the primers designed to obtain the genes encoding the catalytic domain of kgp and rgpB, and typing P. gingivalis into two geno- types. The relationship between different genotypes of P. gingivalis and the periodontal clinical indexes was statistically analyzed by SPSS11.5 soteware package. Results The detection rate of type-A P. gingivalis was higher than that of type-B P. gingivalis. Both prebe depth and bleeding on probing had significant difference between different genotypes of P. gingivalis. Supperted by National Natural Science Foundation of China and Natural Science Foundation of Liaoning Province. Conclusion The presence of periodontal bacteria P. gingivalis in coronary atherosvlerotic plaques could indicate that periodontal pathogenic bacteria may play a role in the coronary heart disease process.
