血尿酸水平与急性脑梗死关系的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血尿酸水平与急性脑梗死的关系及意义。方法选择本院收治的75例急性脑梗死患者作为观察组,另选取同期在本院体检健康者72例作为对照组,对比分析两组患者血尿酸及血脂水平。结果观察组血尿酸水平、血尿酸异常率以及总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中存在颈动脉粥样硬化者血尿酸水平明显高于颈动脉正常者(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平与急性脑梗死的发生有密切关系。 Objective To investigate the correlation and worth between the level of serum uric acid and acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 75 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled to observation group, the other 72 cases of healthy subjuects were enrolled to control group in our hospital during the same period, and to comparative the serum Uric acid and lipid level of patients in two group. Results The level of serum uric acid, TC, TG, LDL-C and abnormal rate of serum uric acid in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The level of serum uric acid of carotid atherosclerosis was significantly higher than carotid normal in the observation group. Conclusion The level of serum uric acid is a close relation with acute cerebral infarction.
