摘要
国外铁路建设工程受当地政治、经济、文化、环境等因素的影响,工程投资规模的把控难度较大。在可行性研究阶段要想合理的估算项目投资,必须对现场情况和影响工程投资的各种因素进行全面的调查了解与分析。但在有限的时间内将所需的各种信息和情况调查清楚,难度很大。故此文对工程经济专业所需调查的内容和方法,结合工程实例进行全面细致地论述,望能为其他国外工程建设项目提供借鉴。
Foreign railway construction project is influenced by such factors as local politics, economy, culture, environment, and the investment control is difficult. A reasonable estimation of project investment in feasibility study stage need comprehensive investigation and analysis of field situation and influencing factors in engineering investment. However, it is difficult to investigate clearly all kinds of information needed for a limited time. Therefore, on content and methods of the engineering economy needed to survey are discussed in detail combined with an engineering example, to provide reference for other overseas construction projects.
