摘要
神经科学的发展特别是神经成像技术的应用对传统的道德责任判断提出了巨大的挑战,使其步履维艰。丘奇兰德认为,借助道德判断的神经基础以及道德行为自控的N维参数空间假说,我们有可能找出道德理性的神经基础和大概范围。本文我们尝试利用神经科学发展的这些最新成果,分析道德责任判断的合理依据及其界定假说,期待传统道德责任判断能够走出困境,全面保证其公正性和合理性,并对此假说进行哲学层面上的思考。
The development of neuroscience, especially the application of neuroimaging technology, has brought many new ethical challenges on the judgment of moral responsibility. However, Paul M. Churchland argues that by analyzing the neurobiology basis of moral judgment and the N dimensionality space hypothesis of moral behavior, it is possible to figure out the neural basis of moral rationality and the probably range of ration- ality. In this article, the author try to use the assumption to let moral responsibility judgment out of dilemma and ensure its' impartiality and rationality, meanwhile the author try to make philosophical reflection.
