摘要
当今社会越来越关注运动员的人文素质。加强运动员的人文素质教育不仅可以提升我国运动员在国际赛场上的形象,也是我国竞技体育走科学化和可持续发展道路所必需。文章分析了运动员学生人文素质教育存在的主要问题,阐述了加强运动员学生人文素质教育的必要性,并根据体育院校的特点提出了加强运动员学生人文素质教育的相应对策。认为在体育院校中"育体"更应当"育人",通过转变教育理念,优化课程设置,建立导师制,提高教师素质和营造人文素质教育环境等措施,更好地提升运动员学生的人文素质,使运动员学生既有精湛的运动技能又有较好的人文素养,成为适应现代社会发展需要的优秀体育人才。
Nowadays more and more attention has been paid to the humanistic quality education ot the student athletes. To strengthen the humanistic quality education of student athletes can not only enhance the image of our athletes in the international arena, but also to meet the needs of scientific and sustainable development of China＇s competitive sports. By analyzing the main problems existing in the humanistic quality education of student athletes, this paper has stressed the necessity of enhancing the quality of student athletes＇ humanities education and made some efficient countermeasures according to the characteristics of sports institutions. It is confirmed that humanistic quality education is as important as physical education in sports institutions. We should take measures to transform the teaching philoso phy, optimize the curriculum, establish tutor system and create a human quality educational environment in order to enhance the humanistic qualities of student athletes, who will have not only superb athletic skills but also excellent humanistic qualities, and make them excellent sports talents adapting to the needs of the development of modern society.
