摘要
基础设施投资建设项目具有周期长、投入大、风险高的特征,如何提升项目管理水平,实现投资效益最大化将是项目管理的重点。针对投资建设项目决策、实施阶段管理的内容和措施进行重点阐述。
Relative longer payback period, large amount of capital input and high level of risks have always been the chal- lenges of investing in infrastructure construction projects. The focus of project management would be the ways to improve the efficiency of the management process to maximize investment returns. The objective of this article is to discuss the con- tents and measures of determination of investment project, implementation of phase management.
