摘要
长期以来,高铁隧道仰拱混凝土施工普遍采用木模,拼缝多,施工质量难于控制。为提升高铁隧道仰拱混凝土施工质量,解决当前端模施工方法存在的质量缺陷,针对沪昆客专贵州段林家屋基隧道仰拱混凝土施工,总结了一套仰拱定型端模快速施工技术,并在沪昆客运专线贵州段广泛推广应用。
For a long period of time, wooden boards have been commonly adopted as concrete end forms for invert con- struction of high-speed railway tunnels. The wooden boards joints make construction quality hard to control. In order to im- prove the quality of invert concrete and to solve the quality default of the end form in current construction methodology, combined with application of invert concrete construction in Linjiawuji Tunnel on Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line Guizhou Section, based upon our experience, we have developed an efficient construction technology related to the placement of invert concrete with setting end invert form, and it has been applied widely in the line.
