摘要
在酸性条件下将环氧氯丙烷开环水解得到中间产物3-氯-1,2-丙二醇,并优化其反应条件,收率达到79.2%。然后使3-氯-1,2-丙二醇与无水哌嗪反应,以甲醇作溶剂,合成有机胺1,4-二-(2,3-二羟丙基)哌嗪,确定了最佳反应条件:n(无水哌嗪):n(3-氯-1,2-丙二醇)=1:2.2,反应控制在回流状态下,反应时间为7h,产品的收率可达87.6%。
3 -Chloro -1,2 -propylene glycol was prepared by the hydrolysis and ring -opening reaction in presence of sulfuric acid as catalytic agent. By optimizing reaction conditions the yield reached 79.2%. 3 - chloro - 1, 2 - propylene glycol react with anhydrous piperazine in presence of methanol as the solvent to prepare the organic amine 1,4 - bis - (2,3 - dihydroxypropyl) piperazine. The optimum process conditions were as follows:n( anhydrous piperazine) :n(3 - chloro - 1,2 - propylene glycol) = 1:2.2. The reaction time is 7h and the reaction is carried out under reflux condition, the yield will reached 87.6%.
