膝关节不稳的损伤机制及其MR诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 膝关节由股骨远端、胫骨近端和髌骨组成,因其不稳,且活动范围大及杠杆作用,易受损伤。当膝关节软组织损伤时,常继发软骨损伤形成骨关节病,影响关节功能和患者的生活质量。MR成像能显示膝关节稳定结构细节,对评估膝关节不稳的程度及其治疗方案的选择具有重要价值。1膝关节稳定结构的解剖与功能膝关节除负重外,还具有绕冠状轴的屈伸运动,而附着在骨上的韧带、
