摘要
2008年,中韩战略合作伙伴关系的确定,表明中韩两国已建立起战略合作的基本框架,政治互信成为中韩双边关系的核心关切。本文通过对韩国在增强中韩政治互信需要妥善处理的若干问题上的认知的分析,探讨了增进中韩政治互信的环境设计的政策意义,并从阐明中国的战略规划、增强对韩公共外交能力和发挥地方政府和民间组织的正面作用三个方面提出中国的应对之策。
The establishment of strategic cooperative partnership between China and South Korea in 2008 indicates that the two countries have established a basic framework of strategic cooperation, their mutual political trust has thus become a core concern of the bilateral relations. In this paper, the cognition of South Korea to some issues related to enhancing mutual political trust with China is analyzed. The policy significance of environmental design for enhancing mutual political trust is also discussed. Besides, measures China should adopt such as to elucidate its strategic planning, enhance the capability of public diplomacy to South Korea and strengthen the positive function of local governments and civil organizations are proposed.
