摘要
本文对自行研制的 DZ-1型耐磨堆焊焊条及捷克 EB512焊条,用于φ3m 气化炉阀门堆焊的情况进行了理论分析与对比.结果证明,DZ-1型焊条的工艺性能,耐磨性能、高温硬度均优于 EB512焊条,可替代进口.
Compares hardfacing clectrde DZ-1 with clectrode EB512 imported from Czcchoslovakia for Φ3m gas-generator valve.The results show that the technological properties,abrasion-ability and high-temperature hardness of electrod DZ-1 are all superior to electrode EB512,and replaces the electrode EB512 by the electrode DZ-1.
