科学地评价一国对外开放的程度 ,是一个重要的理论和实践课题。本文从基本面。
It is important both in theory and practice to evaluate scientifically the degree to which opening to the outside world is conducted in a country. In this paper, the writer attempts to approach the issue from three aspects, namely, the general performance, the laws and policies and the statistical figures.
