摘要
对烧结二次混合机使用存在的问题进行了系统分析，根据实际情况对工艺参数、设备结构进行了调整和改进，提高了混合机造球率，降低了设备故障率，并且检修方便快捷。
The problems existing in the use of secondary sinter mixer are analyzed systematically, and according to the actual situation, the regulation and improvement of process parameters and equipment structure is carried out, then the pelletizing rate of mixer is increased, the equipment failure rate is de- creased, and the maintenance becomes convenient and efficient.
