综述了美国从"能源独立"到能源供不足需、以及能源自给率重新提高的发展过程,分析了美国"能源独立"对全球的影响,指出了其对我国能源发展道路的启示和借鉴意义。
The article summarizes the development course of USA from energy independence to insufficiency and to re-enhanced degree of energy self-sufficiency, analyzes the influence of USA energy independence upon the whole world and points out its enlightenment to the road of China＇s energy development as well as .its significance for reference.
