摘要
为充分发挥电气石功能,稳定电气石陶瓷产品质量,本文以国内外电气石方面的最新研究成果和相关理论为指导,结合电气石陶瓷的生产实践,对电气石陶瓷生产制备的几个关键环节做了系统的阐述。指出,必须将电气石陶瓷的烧成温度设定在电气石晶型开始转化、分解温度850℃以下;应使用高效、不溶于水的助熔剂来实现电气石陶瓷的超低温烧成;要充分分散、粉碎电气石,并与其他原料混合完全;合理确定各组分比例,确保生产工艺性能和产品性能。
