摘要
目的讨论生活饮用水水源污染突发事件的处置。方法通过对一起生活饮用水水源1,2-二氯乙烷污染引起的突发饮水污染事件处置经过的回顾,讨论其现场调查及处置的要点。结果突发饮水污染事件引发的公共关系危机的处置得当。结论完善的应急预案、应急组织体系、预警体系、信息通畅对突发饮水污染事件的处理是至关重要的。
[ Objective ] To discuss the disposal on pollution emergency of drinking water source. [ Methods J The disposal process of an emergency of drinking water source polluted by 1,2dichloroethane was reviewed, so as to discuss the emphasis of field investiga-tion and disposal. [ Results ] The disposal on the public relations crisis caused by the pollution emergency of drinking water was proper. [ Conclusion] The perfect response plan, organization system, early warning system and information linking are very impor-tant in disposal of emergency of drinking water pollution.
