摘要 高温高压阀门的内漏是长期困扰很多电厂的问题,阀门的严密性将直接影响到电厂的经济性。阀门泄漏易造成高品质蒸汽浪费、阀后管道超温隐患、机组热负荷增加,从而影响机组正常运行,甚至引起事故。从高精度曲面加工、微弧精密焊接2个方面着手,来探讨如何对电厂阀门内漏进行修复。 The leakage of high temperature and pressure valve has been a problem that troubles many power plants for a long period. The tightness of valves directly influences the economy of power plants. The leakage of valves have caused the waste of high quality steam, the over-temperature risk of the pipeline behind the valve, and the addition of heated load of the unit, thus influencing the u- nit operation, or even cause accident. This paper aims at discussing how to renovate the leakage of valves from the application of high- precision curved surface processing technology.
