摘要
通过饲养、代谢试验 ,采用骨灰分含量测定及血清磷浓度测定等方法 ,研究不同磷添加水平对肉雏鸡磷酸氢钙生物学效价的影响。结果表明 :在日粮磷添加水平分别为 0 .0 6 % ,0 .12 % ,0 18% ,0 .2 4 %的试验处理下 ,肉雏鸡磷酸氢钙生物学效价以体增重为指标时分别为 10 0 ,10 9,112 ,115;以磷存留率为指标时分别为 10 0 ,10 2 ,94 ,89;以骨灰分含量 (胫骨灰分和趾骨灰分含量的平均值 )为指标时分别为 10 0 ,116 ,130 ,139;以血清磷浓度为指标时分别为 10 0 ,114 ,132 ,133。研究还表明 ,在一定范围内 ,随日粮磷添加水平提高 ,以上述四项指标平均值作为综合依据的磷酸氢钙生物学效价相应提高 ,各组分别为 10 0 ,110 ,117,119。
A grouped feeding trial,metabolism trial,and measurement of bone and serum were made to determine the effects of different dietary phosphorus adding levels on biological value of dicalcium phosphorus for broiler chickens.In the condition of various treatment of phosphorus adding levels 0.06%,0.12%,0.18%,0 24%,biological value of dicalcium phosphorus were as follows,respectively:100,109,112,115 when body weight gain was employed as response criterion;100,102,94,89 when ratio of phosphorus retention employed;100,116,130,139 when bone ash content (the average of tibia ash and toe ash) employed and 100,114,132,133 when serum phosphorus level employed.It was also suggested that with the adding levels of phosphorus increasing,biological value of dicalcium phosphorus increased when average of all above four criteria was used.
