摘要
神经外科研究生培养和教育是神经外科事业持续发展的关键环节。本文作者根据神经外科的学科特点,对在研究生培养过程中起着主导核心作用的导师进行了类型划分,提出应注意全面提高导师素质,增强导师责任感,促进师生关系和谐发展,以提高研究生培养质量,塑造高素质、高层次的神经外科专业人才。
Postgraduate education and training is the key point in the sustainable development of neuro- surgery. According to characteristics of subject of neurosurgery, the tutor plays a dominant core role in postgraduate training process, so this article classified the types of common neurosurgery tutor, and proposed that in order to improve the quality of postgraduate education and develop high-quality, high-level neurosurgery professional talents, we should improve mentor qualities, enhance the respon- sibility of instructors and promote the harmonious development of the teacher-student relationship.
