变应性和非变应性鼻炎患者的鼻阻力测量

Objective assessment of nasal airway resistance in patients with allergic and non-allergic rhinitis

摘要 目的对变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)和非变应性鼻炎(non-allergic rhinitis,NAR)患者进行鼻阻力测量,客观评估其差异。方法鼻炎患者102例,其中57例AR、45例NAR。采用前鼻主动测压法行鼻阻力测量,记录两组患者单侧鼻腔阻力及双侧鼻腔总阻力,SPSS 13.0软件对所测数据进行统计分析。结果 AR组左侧鼻阻力为(1.164±1.049)KPa/L·S^(-1),右侧鼻阻力为(0.843±0.768)KPa/L·S^(-1),双侧总的鼻阻力为(0.398±0.249)KPa/L·S^(-1)。NAR组左侧鼻阻力为(1.020±1.242)KPa/L·S^(-1),右侧鼻阻力为(0.865±1.027)KPa/L·S^(-1),双侧总的鼻阻力为(0.384±0.269)KPa/L·S^(-1)。无论是AR与NAR组间比较,还是同一组内左右侧比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻阻塞是AR和NAR共有的临床表现,鼻阻力测量难以区分AR抑或NAR患者的鼻塞症状更为严重。 Objective To evaluate objective assessment of nasal airway resistance in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR) and non-allergic rhinitis (NAR). Methods A total of 102 patients with rhinitis were recruited and divMed into AR group (n=57) and NAR group (n=45). Unilateral and total nasal airway resistance (Resist L, Resist R and Resist Total) were monitored respectively by active anterior rhinomanometry. SPSS 13.0 software was applied for statistical analysis. Results The mean values of Resist L, Resist R and Resist Total (KPa/L·S^-1) were 1.164±1.049, 0.843±0.768 and 0.398±0.249 in AR group, and 1.020±1.242, 0.865±1.027 and 0.384±0.269 in NAR group, respectively. There were no significant differences inter-or intra-groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Nasal obstruction is a common clinical characteristic of both AR and NAR. The severity of nasal obstruction cannotbe differentiated significantly by rhinomanometry between patients with AR and NAR.
