HSP60和TSGF联合检测在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨血浆热休克蛋白-60(HSP60)和肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)联合检测在甲状腺癌早期诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选择127例经病理证实的甲状腺癌患者、78例结节性甲状腺肿患者和101例健康对照者,采用ELISA试剂盒检测血浆HSP60和TSGF水平,分析两个指标与甲状腺癌临床病理因素间的关系。结果:HSP60和TSGF表达在甲状腺癌组明显高于结节性甲状腺肿组和健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HSP60和TSGF联合诊断甲状腺癌的曲线下面积为0.922,显著高于单项检测的0.899和0.846。甲状腺癌患者HSP60及TSGF水平与性别、年龄、淋巴结转移及临床分期均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:血浆HSP60与TSGF联合检测有助于甲状腺癌的早期诊断。 Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of thyroid cancer through joint detection of Heat Shock Protein 60 (HSP60) and tumor-specific growth factors (TSGF). Methods: HSP60 and TSGF were determined within 127 patients with pathologically confirmed thyroid cancer, 78 cases with nodular goiter and 101 cases of healthy controls using ELISA kits, Appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze the diagnostic value of HSP60 and TSGF, and the correlations be- tweeen HSP60 or TSGF and clinicopathologic features were also analyzed.Results: The expression of HSP60 was significantly up-regulated in thyroid cancer patients than that in nodular goiter cases and healthy controls(P〈0.05). The level of TSGF in thyroid cancer patients ,was also significantly higher compare with that in nodular goiter and control group (P〈0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the combined AUC of HSP60 and TSGF were 0.922, which was significantly higher compared with the AUC of HSP60 or TSGF (P〈0.05). In addition, the AUC of HSP60 was significantly higher compared with the TSGF. The level of HSP60 or TSGF in thyroid cancer patients was no significant association with clinicopathologic factors(P〉0.05, respectively). Conclusion: The detection of HSP60 and TSGF might serve as potential clinical biomarkers for the early diagnosis of thyroid cancer.
