摘要
研究小卫星发射最末级旋转固体火箭发动机燃烧室Al2O3熔渣对飞行器章动过程的影响。采用欧拉-拉格朗日气固两相流动的方法,对旋转固体火箭发动机内流场进行了数值模拟,得到了Al2O3熔渣在发动机燃烧室内不均匀分布的集聚情况。进一步使用一个有质量的小球在燃烧室内运动来模化集聚颗粒的运动,得到了与实测规律一致的飞行器侧向角速度的增长。计算结果表明,所提出的计算模型可用来预测燃烧室内存在Al2O3凝相熔渣运动的飞行器侧向角速度增长,印证了Al2O3凝相熔渣运动是旋转飞行器章动不稳定性的原因之一。
The effect of Al2O3 slag movement in spinning solid rocket motor chamber on spacecraft nutation process in the last stage of launching small satellite was researched. Internal flow field of spinning solid rocket motor was numerically simulated using gas-solid two-phase flow of Euler-Lagrange model. The accumulation of Al2O3 slag nonuniform distribution in the rocket motor chamber was obtained. The movement of particles in the chamber was simulated using a globule motion. The lateral angular velocity increment agreed with measuring law. The calculation results indicate that the suggested calculation model can be used to predict the lat- eral angular velocity increment of spacecraft with Al2O3 slag motion in chamber. It is verified that Al2O3 slag motion is one of the reason of rotating spacecraft nutation instability.
