摘要
不等边角钢作为长材生产的一个常规品种,其传统的孔型系统设计方法是从等边角钢演变而来,因此存在较多不适应不等边角钢生产的地方,对生产操作、产品质量影响较大。本文全面分析了常规不等边角钢孔型系统存在问题及对产品质量的影响,结合本机组生产工艺和设备现状,打破传统的不等边角钢设计方法,对孔型系统及导卫系统进行改进,较好解决了制约生产和质量的问题,效果明显。
The unequal angle bar is general production of long steel product, pass design of unequal angle bar is evolved from equal angle bar,the pass has some problems that it were not suit to manufacture of the unequal angle bar,and has influenced operation and quality. The article has analyzed the problems existed in conventional pass of unequal angle bar and influences on the product quality,combined present technics and aquipment, the pass and guides of unequal angle bar is improved compared to traditional pass design, problems of quality and production were resolved, and the good effects were obtained in measure.
