不同强度交替运动对Wistar大鼠肩胛棕色脂肪量的影响

摘要 目的:为了探讨不同强度交替运动对肥胖和棕色脂肪量的影响,寻找棕色脂肪在防肥减肥中作用的依据。方法:47只4周龄Wistar大鼠,随机分成普通饮食和高脂膳食两组,每组再分成两个亚组:安静组和运动组,即对照组(C)、运动组(E)、高脂组(H)、高脂运动组(HE)。训练方案:适应训练2周,正式训练8周,4min 60%Vo2max强度和4min 90%Vo2max强度交替运动,1h/d,5d/周。最后一次训练结束后12h称体重、取材。结果:(1)体重:对照组和高脂组没有显著性差异(P>0.05),运动组比对照组和高脂组低,有显著性差异(P<0.01),高脂组比高脂运动组高,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。(2)肩胛棕色脂肪重量:运动组、高脂组和高脂运动组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);运动组、高脂组和高脂运动组明显低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。(3)肩胛棕色脂肪重量相对重量:对照组、运动组和高脂运动组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05);高脂组低于对照组和运动组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);高脂运动组高于高脂组,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:高脂饲养会抑制棕色脂肪组织相对重量的增加,运动可以在一定的程度上抵消高脂的负面作用,但不是很明显。 Objective: In order to study the effects of different intensity alternate exercise on obesity and BAT mass, looking for the role of BAT in the weight-reducing. Methods: 47 Wistar rats of 4 weeks old, were randomly divided into normal diet and high fat diet in two groups, each group divided into two subgroups: quiet group and exercise group,C group, E group, H group, HE group. Training program: adaptation training for 2 weeks, the formal training for 8 weeks,4 minutes 60%Vo2 max and 4 minutes 90%Voz max strength alternating motion, 1 h/d,5 d/w. After the last training for 12 hours,all rats were weighed, and the IBAT. Results: (1) body weight:C group and H group had no significant difference ( P〈0.05), E group was lower than the C group and H group, there was significant difference ( P 〈0.01), H group was higher than the HE group, there was significant difference( P〈0.01). (2)The BAT weight: there is no significant difference between the E group,H group and HE group( P〉0.05) ;E group, H group and HE group is significantly lower than the C group,there was significant difference( P 〈0. 01). (3)BAT relative weight:there was no significant difference between C group,E group and HE group( P 〉0.05) ; H group was lower than the C group and E group,there was significant difference( P 〈0. 05) ; H group was higher than the HE group, but no significant difference( P 〉0.05). Conclusion: High fat feeding suppresses the increase of brown adipose tissue relative weight,exercise can offset the negative effect of high fat in a certain extent, but not very obvious.
