摘要
目的:探讨老年患者压疮(Pu)的相关因素,为制定针对性预防措施提供依据。方法:对1 134例消化科老年(≥60岁)住院患者的年龄、性别、卧床时间、疾患状况、消化道反应、人体测量指标、血生化指标、饮食类型、营养支持途径及Pu资料进行分析,采用χ2检验和非条件Logistic回归分析。结果:老年患者Pu的相关因素为年龄、小腿围(CC)、饮食类型、营养支持途径、卧床时间、发热、血清白蛋白(Alb)(P<0.05)。结论:对长期卧床伴发热、饮食摄入减少的老年患者,应及时检测Alb及CC的变化,并给予营养支持,有利于减少老年患者Pu的发生。
Objective：To investigate the related factors of pressure ulcer in elderly patients in order to provide basis for finding targeted prevention measures. Methods：The clinical data of 1 134 hospitalized elderly patients （ ≥60 years） in the digestive department were analyzed by non - conditional Logistic regression analysis and χ2 test, including age, sex, time in bed, disease status, digestive tract reaction, body measurement index, blood biochemical index, type of diet, nutritional support ways and the factors of pressure ulcer. Results：The related factors of pressure ulcer in elderly patients included age, calf circumference （ CC ）, types of diet, nutritional support ways, time in bed, fever and serum albumin （ Alb） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The timely detection of changes of Alb and CC should be done for those eld- erly patients who were bedridden associated with fever and has little food for a long time and nutritional support is conducive to reducing the occurrence of pressure ulcer.
