摘要 乙酰肝素酶(heparanase,Hpa)是哺乳动物细胞中唯一能切割细胞外基质(extra cellular matrix,ECM)中硫酸乙酰肝素(heparin sulfate,HS)侧链的内切性糖苷酶,在肿瘤发生发展的各个阶段尤其是肿瘤转移中起到重要的作用。有关Hpa的研究近年来一直受到广泛关注,该文综述了Hpa在肿瘤组织中的表达及调控,旨在为以Hpa为靶点的肿瘤治疗提供依据。 Heparanase is the only found mammalian β-glueuronidase to promote heparin sulfate (HS) cleavage within extra cellular matrix. Heparanase is implicated to possess great significance in a variety of pathologies, such as tumor growth, angiogenesis, glomerular diseases, and especially tumor metastasis. Heparanase overexpression in a variety of malignant tumors suggests that it could be a target for anti-cancer therapy. This paper explains expression and regulation of heparanase in tumor cells to provide information for using Hpa as targets for drug development.
