摘要
在工程建设过程中,监理需要对现场的资源情况进行严格监控,这一项工作可以通过绩效考核来实现,通过绩效考核可以分析现场实际进度情况及劳动力资源的生产效率,并预测下一阶段的劳动力资源需求量。
During construction, supervisors need to monitor the resourse condition on the site. This work can be realized though the performance measurement, then supervisors can analysy the real progress and workforce resourse productivity on the site, and predict the workforce resource demand of the next stage.
